– In case of a broken/damaged product or incorrect shipment, a free replacement is provided if the same model and color are in stock. Out-of-stock products will be refunded.

– Email notification will be sent upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, with approval or rejection details.
– Shipping and cash on delivery fees may apply to refunds not attributed to manufacturing defects.
– Refunds processed within 2 working days; credited to the bank account, taking up to 3 days to reflect. Credit card refunds may take an additional 7-10 days.
– No refunds for sale items and custom engraved products.
– Refund/exchange claims after 14 days may result in partial refunds based on discretion.

– No refund claims accepted based on wood colour and texture variations; these are natural characteristics.

**WARRANTY**

We provide a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
– Warranty excludes damage from abuse, drops, impacts, exposure to moisture, and extreme temperatures.
– Mold and fungus in wooden products due to humid conditions are not manufacturing defects. Cleaning and sun exposure resolve this issue.
– Store wooden products in a dry, airy place as a precaution.
